The vision for Christ Church Academy is to make disciples who follow Jesus Christ with an emphasis on faith, scholarship, service, and civics. As the parish school of Christ Church Vero Beach, we provide a distinctively Christian education that forms students to be champions of truth living lives transformed by the love and power of God.
Our rigorous academics are framed within a safe and nurturing environment that serves to develop the whole child. In addition to imparting knowledge and skills to their minds, we integrate Biblical principles into every subject in order to provide opportunities for spiritual formation to shape their hearts, minds, and souls.
At Christ Church Academy, teachers and faculty have developed an academic program that is not governed by state or federal government content mandates, but is carefully overseen by our state accreditation organization, Christian Schools of Florida. Our experienced teachers are certified by the Department of Education and use the basic national testing standards as a guide from which to adopt our own rigorous set of standards and create an exceptional academic experience.
In addition to strong academics is the dynamic social experience that allows parents, guardians, and extended family members to participate in our school community. We build in special opportunities throughout the school year that bring families together to celebrate learning and love, such as the family Thanksgiving Feast, Christmas Eve family service, bonfires and picnics, donuts with dads, and brunches with moms, to name the most popular events. We recognize the importance of providing daily experiences that are positive, enriching, spiritually vibrant, and safe and we want to share it with the extended family.
To that end, we know many families are involved in other area churches and we applaud your commitment to spiritual growth. For any who are not already part of another church, please know you are always welcome to worship alongside us on Sundays at 10:30 am, Thursdays at 10:00 am or for the brief CCA Chapel service each Wednesday at 10:00 am. Furthermore, the clergy of Christ Church are available to you should you ever wish to discuss a personal or spiritual matter.
Our staff is committed not only to academic excellence, but also to teaching students how to apply the truths of God’s Word to every aspect of life. If you agree with the teachings of God’s Word, this school will complement the beliefs and ideals your child is taught at home. We look forward to partnering with you to educate your child in God’s truth so they, too, may follow Him.
